B gained NVQ Level 3 Child Care whilst working at Chaddlewood Pre school and having to support her family under challenging circumstances. Her dedication to complete, without letting her personal circumstances get in the way, impressed the training team to the extent that she was proposed as a future staff member. She was offered a position at GHQ training whilst working towards her A award and having achieved this, went on to complete a 7302 award, again despite family pressures. Whilst this was happening, B’s programme leader went on maternity leave and she volunteered to take over the responsibility of managing the team. Further challenges emerged with staff changes and Louise coped throughout, staying professional and even managed to complete a V Award and Skills for Life Literacy and Numeracy at Level 2. B is committed and dedicated to the learners and gives 100 % to them all of the time . She is a very professional and committed employeeand is highly regarded by her employer, colleagues and learners..
